Plump and Fragrant – Chijimi
 
            Ingredients (3~4 servings)
| dried burdock root | 30g |

| dried carrot | 10g | 
| egg | 1 /2pcs | 
| water | 1/3 cup | 
| flour | 1/2 cup | 
| sesame oil | 1 tablespoon | 
how to make
- 
Soak the dried burdock root and carrot in hot water for approximatel 10 minutes and drain well. 
- 
Beat the egg in a bowl. Add water and flour and mix well. 
- 
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, spread the mix from Step 2 thinly, add the vegetables and fry on both sides.
